The Role
As a trusted Personal Assistant, you’ll work directly with our Founder and CEO, ensuring their day runs seamlessly. From managing schedules and correspondence to preparing for meetings and coordinating events, you’ll be the organisational backbone that keeps the leadership team focused on driving results.
Your ability to anticipate needs, streamline logistics, and take initiative will be key to success in this role. You’ll also play an integral role in office administration and special projects, adding value at every step.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organise travel plans
- Handle internal and external communications with professionalism
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting agendas to keep things on track
- Assist with office administration and event coordination
- Be the go-to person to ensure operations run smoothly
- Support project management initiatives when needed
About You:
You’re more than just organised—you’re someone who thrives on helping others succeed. Your natural problem-solving skills, exceptional communication, and keen attention to detail set you apart.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Is tech-savvy, with confidence using tools like Google Suite
- Maintains discretion and professionalism, always safeguarding confidentiality
- Can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
- Takes initiative and thrives working independently
