can’t hack sleep.
I’ve heard too many claims from people saying they can survive on a smaller amount of sleep due to some trick or hack. One lady even told me she only needed 4 hours a night.
I’ve got to say, I don’t buy it. It might be sustainable for a busy week. But the more you ‘hack sleep’ the more you ‘hack’ the foundation of your business.
From personal experience, I can say with confidence that your business goes hand in hand with your sleep.
Running a business isn’t like a normal job; it’s 10 times harder. Whether it’s dealing with emotions or equations, you need sleep to be an effective entrepreneur.
So, stop claimYou ing you can use that 33.33% of your life you currently use for sleep for anything else.
