Sometimes, you employ the wrong people.
When I started out in my business, I was so motivated to make a difference for my employees and make an impact on my business.
But after a while, I saw my team’s motivation decreasing by the week. This was seriously frustrating for me. One team member eventually left. I recruited a new person, and everything changed.
I found myself energised by this new person. It was an amazing experience. It simply goes to show that people make a lot of difference. The problem is there’s always a chance of employing the wrong person, especially in the early stages.
Sometimes you need to keep your eyes open to see who is onboard with your company and who is dragging their feet. The latter can act like cancer for your business.
